Project Commercial Officer
Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Job Description :
The Project Commercial Officer monitor and manage all the financial activities related to the project. He will be primary responsible for make sure that all projects executed efficiently in terms of finance within the budget and schedule.
He will be the financial owner of the project from the booking to the payment collection of the project.
Monitoring the life cycle of the project, make sure all projects are closed efficiently.
Financial and contractual validation of sales order and contracts.
Monitoring Performa/progressive/final invoices are submitted on time and accepted by customer
Make sure the advance payments are collected before starting the project.
Make sure the progressive payments are collected on time.
Make sure the final payments are collected on time.
Make sure the change orders are documented and approved and invoiced properly.
Make sure the project operations are documented properly, related to accounts and finance.
Grade the customer based on the financial experience with them.
Resolve all the delay payment related issues
Maintain project costing and report the financial performance of each project.
Monitor the time and budget of the project and report the status if found running beyond the limit
Conduct the quality survey with customer and report the gap to improve the service.
Must demonstrate punctuality, personality, communication and convincing ability.
Knowledge of the IT technologies and project Management methodologies
Basic accounting knowledge and experience on the accounting software
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Business Administration, or other related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the IT infrastructure project management/coordination etc
Strong PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Internet explorer, Microsoft Project, etc).
