Job Summary

The Pre-Sales and Project Engineer will work with the sales and implementation team in a pre-sales and post sales activities to qualify, manage, deliver and close sales opportunities.

He will be responsible for the whole life cycle (from the site survey to the implementation) of the low current projects like structured cabling, GEPON, CCTV, IPTV, fire alarm, access control, PA systems, security system, Data Center preparations etc

During the qualifying process, confirm that products and solutions meet the prospect's requirements and assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customer's technical requirements, and position products relative to competition.

Job Duties :

  • Site survey and requirements documentations for all the low voltage systems projects (LVS)
  • Prepare the design and technical proposal for the LVS
  • Prepare scope of work, technical drawings and BoQs
  • Prepare, present and convince technical solution to the customers
  • Manage and supervise project delivery and implementation
  • Prepare as-built documentation and close the project on time.
  • Build, Manage and develop connectivity team
  • Prepare and manage connectivity team schedule for the best utilization of the resources
  • Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with sales team.
  • Effective communication between all the stakeholders
  • Unsure the process oriented professional work culture and high personal quality
  • Lead and manage the project communications and report to the management
  • Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications through ongoing training, seminars and certifications and train the technicians.

Skills :

  • Proven track record of selling, building, and/or deploying LVS technology solutions.
  • Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and time and team management skills.
  • Detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications/Experience

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in electronic engineer/electrical engineer/computer science
  • 3+ years’ experience as a project and pre-sales engineer in LVS system
  • Vendor certifications on LVS system
